1) Safe, Proper Movement – Our number one priority is safe, proper movement. A number of our athletes have quickly seen massive improvements after we have honed in on proper technique, as well teaching how to breathe and brace properly.
2) Emphasis on Skills – Our programming has an emphasis on skill work. We understand athletes drive to always improve and learn new skills. At Cocoon you will have the opportunity to learn, practice and master gymnastics, body weight, strength and Olympic weightlifting movements.
3) Community – We have an awesome group of athletes at all fitness levels who come together to encourage and support. Every athlete at Cocoon has at one point started right where you are, brand new to CrossFit. We love and support each other and welcome all into our Cocoon family.

5) Location and Amenities – We are conveniently located right off the 15 in South Escondido. We also have awesome facilities; clean equipment and large locker rooms with showers and a place to keep your gear.
