When we founded IronFire Athletics, we set out to cultivate a community of strong, like minded people who are constantly striving to for progress – to provide them with the best coaches, a spacious facility and all of the tools they need to become the best version of themselves through General Physical Preparedness (GPP).
Finding a place you love to train at everyday is a key factor in adopting a fit and healthy lifestyle (for good this time) – but it can also be really difficult. We understand that it’s going to take more than a day or two to know if whether you’ve found the perfect place to train.
We have the best Fundamentals program in our region, consisting of 18 1-on-1 Sessions where we cover the foundational movements of GPP, mobility, safety, the lingo, nutrition and much more. New athletes will be integrated into the regular Group Training sessions with confidence and a good base of strength. We also have extensive experience training competitive athletes. Our members have brought home powerlifting and weightlifting medals and we sent one of our youth members to compete with grown men at the 2013 SoCal CrossFit Games Regionals!
